Center of Excellence

Atlas Agri has introduced Centres of Excellence for small-scale tobacco growers, serving as centralised community-based hubs that provide facilities and expertise for sustainable tobacco production. These centres offer cutting-edge curing systems to improve efficiency and quality while reducing fuel usage and environmental impact. They also support seedbed management and grading for standardised quality. This initiative reflects Atlas Agri’s commitment to innovation, sustainability, and elevating the tobacco industry by empowering small-scale farmers.

The first pilot faccility is based in Centenary and features a 30 unit centralised curing facility that has been made available to surrounding small scale farmers to aid in yield retention for those with limited curing capacity.
