Michael has 16 over years experience within the tobacco industry with international, regional and local experience, holding positions in Sales, Operations and Agronomy. As the Agronomy Director he is responsible for the Planning and Management of all Agronomy functions to ensure operational, financial, logistical, regulatory and compliance requirements are met.
